I love being around new Christians. They have this hunger and passion for their Bibles, and they know that reading it is the only way they can grow in this new relationship they are enjoying with Christ.

As the years go by it sometimes happens that these flames of passion begin to burn a bit smaller. The word of God lays on the shelf a bit more dusty than before or hiding under piles of homework and bills.

There are many reasons why the word of God is so easily neglected. Sometimes it is because we feel as though there is nothing new to learn or we become frustrated because of the number of verses we don’t understand. Others may get stumped when it comes time to apply what they read to their everyday lives. Maybe we lack motivation to really get into God’s Word and study hard on a regular basis.

Even the great missionary Hudson Taylor knew the difficulties of maintaining a consistent time of Bible reading and study. He said “Satan will always find you something to do, when you ought to be occupied about that, if it is only arranging a window blind.”

Oh but there is such a well of life to be found when we open our Bibles, and this is where Love God Greatly comes in. We are passionate about the Bible and about our fellow sisters here in the United States and around the world!

We want to equip women to dig deep into God’s words, to learn how to study verses in their context and to then apply them to their lives. We want to provide study materials to everyone, especially those who don’t have easy access to Bibles studies. Love God Greatly is passionate about theology and practical living, and we believe the two go hand in hand.

With our daily readings, memory verses, study guides, blog posts, videos and accountability groups we hope to give women everything they need to grow in the knowledge of God and the practice of holiness.

You are more than welcome to partner with us in this endeavor. We want to make these resources available to women everywhere. You can partner with us by letting others know about Love God Greatly and sharing our resources with women you think would benefit from an online Bible study.

Another way to partner with us is through prayer. We’d love your prayers for more translators as well as for more women around the globe who are ready to begin studying their Bibles regularly.

Lastly, you can partner with us through giving. This allows us to continue to give away most of our materials for free.

The Bible is our most precious possession. When we open it, we are given glimpses of who God is. When we study it, our hearts are changed. Let’s pray for each other that God will rekindle a love for His word!

The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul;
